I’m Stephanie. I was born and raised in Devils Lake, North Dakota, the oldest of four kids. When I was in high school, I started to become interested in health and wellness and decided I wanted to go in to holistic health-care as a career.
During my college years, I developed some health issues that I feel made me understand the struggle some of my patients are going through. After several infections and a failed surgery, I had to have a kidney removed at the age of 20. My doctor was impressed by the speed of my healing and how quickly I was able to go off of the pain medications he prescribed after surgery. He agreed it was because of my healthy lifestyle.
Fast-forward 2 years and I began acupuncture and Chinese Medicine School at The Minnesota College of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, where I graduated in 2010.
I credit Chinese Medicine for keeping me healthy and complication-free all these years after my surgeries.
I have a passion for helping couples have healthy babies. I also love helping women from the start of menstruation to menopause. By working together, we reduce symptoms that are a regular disruption in their life, which is preventing them from starting a family, excelling in their careers, being a supportive partner, mother and friend.
I have an amazing 6 year old son named Bode and a feisty 2 year old daughter named Blake. My husband Jedd is the clinic “maintenance/IT main” and my biggest supporter. When I’m not at the clinic seeing patients, I love to cook, travel, be active and spend time with family.
